See what’s new in Decipher (June 2020)
We’ve been busy. See what’s new in Decipher (June, 2020)
- InSAR: Line of Sight Improvements
- Monitoring Module improvements – User Configuration, Exceedance and Error Notifications, and Sample Job Scheduling and Notifications
Decipher Web app updates
1. INSAR: Line of Sight improvements
We have developed the ability to:
- highlight positive & negative displacement values on the map so that users can easily identify less stable areas (red denotes a negative displacement, and blue a positive displacement value)
- select the satellite passes for the selected project so that users can be sure of the dates and passes when conducting analysis
- see the relationship between the map and chart when inspecting a transect line, to better understand where the chartered displacement refers to spatially
- InSAR images captured by 3VG to be added into Decipher as quickly as it is available so that users can monitor landform stability
- know the angle the imagery was taken from to better interpret the InSAR data in the charts tray

2. Monitoring Module improvements – User Configuration, Exceedance and Error Notifications, and Sample Job Scheduling and Notifications
- Created an Administration Register to manage monitoring points to maintain extended point relation information in one place (export data to their browser, delete points without data, add new points)
- The ability for the Administration Register to view and maintain parameters (both active & inactive) to manage/view/edit the data capture requirements,
-
The ability for System Admins to configure points and parameters for Programs so that samplers can record sampling data against Programs, and created a form so System Admins can maintain parameters and data capture requirements for their organisation
- Added in a required email address field for system administrators so that team members are alerted via an email notification when there is an exceedance or error message (when the lab import fails, when the lab import has been received, and when data is processed from the import area to monitoring)
- Users now have the ability create and preview a new schedule for a sample job so that regular sample requirements don’t require repetitive creation of regular sample jobs
